Once at the top of the mountain, the view is breathtaking. Just remember that you will be high in altitude and the temperature can be colder even in summer somake sure to bring a jacket. There you will be able to see for miles around. Just walk around and take a seat to admire to fantastic panorama.
You can also take the stairs down the side of the mountain and walk along the edge, you will have amazing views. But be careful if you are afraid of heights, there are a couple of places where you can walk on clear plexiglass instead of the metal catwalks, to see the mountain spilling out below. On the Schilthorn Ridge, far from the summit hustle and bustle, three spacious loungers invite you to linger. With spellbinding mountain and lake views stretching to the horizon.
The James Bond Museum
The Schilthorn - Piz Gloria is made even more popular because one of the James Bond Movies was filmed here in 1969. There is a 007 museum on the top, as well as an outside walkway with the cast from "Her Majesty's Secret Service", which was filmed on-site.
