Sadly, it won’t get you to Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald, but it’s perfect for exploring the town and its hidden gems. Want to know all the perks? Morning: Conquer Harder Kulm

더 단단한 쿨름 게스트 카드Start your day bright and early, fueled and ready for some uphill action. Your first mission: Harder Kulm, Interlaken’s iconic viewpoint. The hike starts near the funicular station and takes about 1.5 hours up with a 700m elevation gain. Yes, your legs will hate you, but the reward is 100% worth it—panoramic views of Interlaken, both lakes and the snowy Jungfrau peaks. Feeling extra adventurous? Set your alarm for an early morning start and catch the sunrise—it’s magical! The way down is quicker (around 1 hour) and much easier on the legs.

Afternoon: Hike to Giessbach Falls

giessbach fallsOnce you’ve recharged, hop on bus 103 from Interlaken Ost to Iseltwald (free with your Guest Card). This picturesque lakeside village became Insta-famous thanks to a Korean Netflix drama. From here, follow the lakeside trail to 기스바흐 폭포, a stunning 14-tiered waterfall where you can even walk behind the cascades. The hike is flat, scenic, and easy to follow, with clear signs guiding you to the falls. Round trip, the hike takes around 3 hours, but allow extra time to explore the waterfall area. Don’t forget to check the last bus schedule to make it back to Interlaken.
