Leggiamo ogni recensione e apprezziamo sinceramente tutti i tipi di feedback. Quelli positivi sollevano il nostro spirito e quelli critici ci aiutano a crescere.
Detto questo, abbiamo deciso di non rispondere individualmente a ogni singola recensione. Scegliamo invece di concentrare il nostro tempo e le nostre energie sul miglioramento effettivo delle cose qui all'ostello.
Sappiamo che al giorno d'oggi le persone spesso si aspettano che le aziende rispondano a ogni recensione, in parte per dimostrare il loro interesse e in parte per aumentare la visibilità online. E ci importa, profondamente. Ma rispondere a ogni singolo commento solo per far sembrare che ci interessiamo ci sembra non autentico. Siamo un gruppo molto umano e amiamo connetterci in modo reale. Preferiamo mantenere le cose reali piuttosto che trasformare le recensioni in un esercizio di checkbox.
Sappiamo anche che le recensioni sono profondamente personali e soggettive. Per favore leggili con questo in mente e prendi ciò che ti è utile per decidere se Balmers è il posto giusto per il tuo soggiorno.
On a more personal note: getting a negative review, especially when it’s rooted in a lack of communication, can be really disheartening. Il nostro team è sempre presente e disponibile per una chiacchierata di persona e puoi anche contattarci tramite e-mail, telefono o WhatsApp se qualcosa non va durante il tuo soggiorno. Preferiremmo di gran lunga provare a sistemare le cose in tempo reale piuttosto che leggerle più tardi quando è troppo tardi per aiutare.
Tutti qui a Balmers si preoccupano sinceramente di ciò che facciamo. Vogliamo che il tempo trascorso con noi diventi parte del tipo di ricordi "buoni, migliori, sorprendenti" che porterai a casa.

Cos'è Balmers Hostel?
Balmers Hostel è il più antico ostello di proprietà privata della Svizzera, ambientato in tre affascinanti chalet svizzeri circondati da cime delle montagne in attesa di essere esplorate. È un luogo rilassato e sociale in cui i viaggiatori possono connettersi, rilassarsi e godersi un'atmosfera giocosa e unica nel suo genere.
Oh, e prima di dimenticare, organizziamo una festa o due, specialmente in alta stagione.
Per chi è Balmers Hostel?
Balmers Hostel è per viaggiatori dalla mentalità aperta e alla mano, dai 18 anni in su, che cercano qualcosa di più di un semplice posto dove dormire. Che tu sia qui per esplorare le Alpi svizzere, incontrare persone che la pensano allo stesso modo da tutto il mondo o semplicemente rilassarti e goderti l'atmosfera, Balmers è la tua casa lontano da casa. Diamo il benvenuto a viaggiatori singoli, gruppi fino a 10 persone e chiunque abbia un senso di avventura e rispetto per gli altri.

Join us on 1 August as we celebrate Switzerland`s biggest day of the year! From traditional folklore and the famous parade to an evening BBQ, games and our annual Balmer`s family photo – it`s one of the highlights of the summer. 🎉

🍻 6 PM – Free drink for all guests + games & BYO BBQ
📸 7 PM – The traditional Balmer`s group photo (don`t miss it!)
🎲 7:30–9:30 PM – More fun at the hostel

🚗 To get to the place, take the gondola from the Grindelwald Firstbahn gondola lift station.
💰 No admission fee to visit, just tickets for the cable car to get to Firstbahn & back to Grindelwald Village.
