It is a local and a bustling restaurant!
When visiting Balmers hostel, be sure to check out the Biergarden.
Open from 6pm to 10pm, the restaurant is part of the hostel but also welcome people from outside.
This is the perfect place to organize your stay with a good local beer. Use the free wifi and take the time to surf Balmers summer web page which includes all the activities available in the region.
Or just put your tablet or your phone away and get to know Interlaken by the people who lives here. Most of the guides and even the staff of the hotel come regularly to eat and have a beer after their working day. So do not hesitate to meet them, they are generally very happy to talk about Interlaken and the many activities that abound in the region.
